So I have been living here for a few months and my apartment was signed up with Osaka Gas for gas and electricity. I had set up automatic bank payment as method of payment but for some reason it did not deduct the money for one month which I paid from the receipt after the deadline. Idk if it was because of this or some other reason but it seems that my gas supply has been cut. The electricity has not been cut just the gas.
I tried emailing them but they need me to call for some reason. And the call is only Japanese. I have tried thrice to have my colleague talk to them but they always say they will call me back and then call me back after hours when I’m at home. Is there any way I can go to their office in Osaka and talk to them in person? I have been living without a gas supply for 2 weeks now
