Itinerary Check for Late Nov early Dec
Hey all, my wife and I are traveling to Japan on November 30th and plan to leave on December 8th. I travel for work, so I am able to get our flights with miles, but it ties us down on flight options. Currently I plan to fly into Tokyo on the 30th at 2pm, but immediately take the bullet train to Kyoto to start the trip. From there, we work our way back to Tokyo and then fly out.
I first want to get a check on if this travel flow is feasible and then get any recommended changes for the first 5 days of the trip. I just don’t have the experience to know if hoping to Kyoto, then Himeji and then Kawaguchiko is too much.
I will iron out the details of my days in Tokyo once I find out the feasibility of the first leg of the trip.
I do not have reservations, hotels or train travel times picked. It’s all flexible to me. The only absolute is that we will be staying at an onsen in Kawaguchiko.
Thanks for the help!
