Hello, I managed to set up WeChat-Pay when I traveled to China. I currently live here, but I have not managed to set up a PayPay account, neither with my japanese nor with my foreign bank account.
I know a few chinese places where WeChat-Pay works normally, but at some places they use the same code as for customers that use paypay. I could scan those codes but couldn’t use them, even though they where advertised to work with both options.
Can someone tell me what I’m doing wrong?
