Several of the main tourist locations offer limited stickers at the ticket booths that feature pikachu in this outfit, if you click any of the locations such as Okinawa World, Aquarium, kouri ocean tower ETC and scroll down a little it will show you a preview of the sticker. Just show them the sticker when you buy a ticket to any of these places and they’ll give you one. Other than these I don’t think there is anything right now.
Might be worth going to the Pokemon Center in Rycom if you haven’t already. If you’re looking for anything Pokemon related, chances are that’s your best bet.
