I graduated from an IT University and recently finding jobs to join company. And I got an offer to be a full-time employment from a certain company. (there is a trial period of 3 months to 6 months and after that you will become a full-employed) But the thing is that company is a Haken company.
I have researched related to the Haken company and yeah.. the feedbacks were mostly on the “bad” sides.
But me, being a foreigner, no experience traveling to Japan and no work experience is thinking, joining the Haken Company as the beginner is better as they help applying Visa, finding for the house to stay, help making Alien cards or so on.. My Japanese is not very good yet, and they told me, they teach Japanese to improve too..
So, at the moment, I am thinking about working at that Hakken company first and take experiences and search for seisha jobs (if i passed the interview and get hired)..
The offer from recruit said the salary for the beginner is 250000 ~ 280000 too..
Should I accept the offer or should I just search for the Full-employed jobs from direct companies ??
