Hello everyone,
I am a 正社員 working for a Japanese company.
My company is dissolving the division I work in and therefore has given us two options.
Option-1: Transfer to a different division(decrease in salary probably and might require relocation from Tokyo)
Option-2: Opt for voluntary resignation where they offer us 6 months severance pay and re-employment support.
I am planning to go for option 2. As part of re-employment support I am given a choice to pick one from Pasona and Recruit. Can people with knowledge and experience with these companies share your thoughts. Thanks a lot in advance.

Software Engineer
Work experience: 3.5 years
Japanese ability: Intermediate (can hold regular conversations but reading Japanese needs some work)
Note: Support from recruiting company in English is desirable.
