I’ve encountered it in so many different contexts, I’m not even sure if that’s the word I’m actually hearing. People usually start their sentences with it. I’m assuming it means something like “I mean…” or “more or less” or something, but I think it’s more versatile than that? I’ve looked it up in the dictionary but none of the definitions seem to correspond 100%.
