Side job preparations for easy taxes.

I’m about to start working a side job, the contract will be 業務宅 I think.

What are the stuff I can do/prepare early to make life easier when doing my taxes next year?

Should I make a new bank account? Phone? Laptop? Credit card? Pasmo?

What documents should I keep for next year?

I heard of the blue tax return, is it worth the effort?

Any advice on this matter is much appreciated.

I have also heard (today), that you can register a “trade name”, which is basically a company name while still a sole proprietor.
Does anyone know if this have any positive/negative effects? any extra paper work?
