How to pay for a rakuten phone bill you missed when you don’t have a Japanese credit card?

Hello, I have been using Rakuten mobile for a while now. I missed the payment for July and it seems that they turned off my service a few days ago. The payment for August seems to have gone through fine. I use automatic bank withdraw to pay for the phone bill every month. But it seems I can’t use my phone again until I pay for July. On the app it seems like my only options are credit card but foreign cards don’t seem to work. Anyone know what my options are? Are there prepaid credit cards available here? Any help is appreciated.

  1. Contact Rakuten and ask them if they can send you a bill for the missed payment that you can pay either through a manual bank transfer or possibly at a convenience store.
