Heading to Tokyo in November with my husband who is going for work. His bosses wife is hesitant to come along due to health concerns.
Those issues are made worse by eating high sodium foods. Is it possible to avoid high sodium foods in Japan? I need to find a way to reasure her or I will be touring Japan alone while the guys work. Help?
