Hello ! we are planning to go to Japan in October and our first stop is Kumamoto. We are huge anime fans, so we would really like to see all the One Piece Statues (and also the Castle, Suizenji, and possibly Takahari Inari Shrine).
We don’t have drivers licenses and understand you can’t do it all in one day (we have about 3 days there) so we have some questions:
\* Are taxis reliable ? can we use the taxi Go app ? where can you find the fares?
\* Do buses accept IC cards ? we think they are cash only. Do you pay when you get off from the front or when you get on after you say your destination ?
\* Is Googlemaps timetable reliable? we know the buses are scarce, but we want to know if we can trust the times shown on the app.
\* Lastly, do you have any recommendations in Kumamoto?
