Earlier this year, by partner and I attended a seminar on “How to buy a house in Japan” (https://resources.realestate.co.jp/seminar/) and LINC was introduced to us. (https://lincon.co.jp/)
After the seminar, other things in life came up, and we decided to wait on the house buying process.
But, a few weeks ago, someone from their office suddenly messaged me and urged us to start considering to buy a house. We had a consultation and some more talks to see if buying a house would be a good idea for us right now.
After a few interactions though, I wanted to if anyone else has had experience with this company. It feels like they are really pressuring us to buy now and keep introducing us to houses in areas we didn’t bring up. I don’t think it’s bad, but I keep getting a nervous/red flag feeling.

Not this one, but the fact they cold called you and are encouraging you to buy leads me to think that they are trying to clear inventory. Be cautious of the housing company focusing on properties THEY want to sell and don’t fall into the trap of buying a house from a short list.
Why do you need them? Too much risk that they’re motivated to operate in their own interests and not yours.
