I’m currently here on a Spouse visa. I have 5 years on my visa and can apply for a PR now as I’ve been here for several years already.
That being said, is there a difference between applying via the Spousal route or the HSP route? I qualify for both of them, and I have as much as 150 points for the HSP route.
This made me wonder whether I’d be more likely to get a quicker result via HSP route than if I were to try the Spousal route as the HSP route will better show my abilities?
