Sorry if this is not the place to ask but I wasn’t sure where else I can ask, I tried googling but couldn’t find anything helpful.
I started a new contract with au today but the phone I want is an online only purchase, so I tried ordering it online and logged in with my au ID but still get a message saying can’t order with an au ID which is not linked to an AU or UQ mobile contract. if anyone has any experience with this what should I do? I don’t speak or understand Japanese very well yet so calling them is not really an option but is this only happening because my contract is too new and I just need to wait a bit longer? Or should I go to a store?
Any help would be much appreciated.
Here’s a update incase anyone runs into the same problem. Even though the my au page says to wait till the day after your first day’s use, it took 3 days for my contract to get registered on the system but it’s all good now.
