1. Which banks here allow non-residents to store stupendous volumes of loot?

   And how come they didn’t go mental when these people laundered their ill-gotten gains with them?

2. Asset freeze or cash grab?

   And how does punishing Putin’s daughters help Ukraine anyway? Or even ordinary Russians who might oppose the war?

   Looks to me like a great way to pretend to help while only helping oneself to other people’s money.
