Going in August

Any travel tips im doing my first ever solo trip there in August and I don’t know Japanese ? And I’m 19 can I do any bar and club or party’s activities at this age ? And what else I can do at 19 there can I be able to rent a car and a motorcycle? Please help and thank you in advance
