When I went to 7/11 this morning on my way to work, paypay would only let me top up from 1,000 yen which is insane. Normally you have to charge at least 100 yen for a top up and can put in any custom amount for a payment etc. Tried it again at the drug store just now and had the same thing happen and I don’t want to keep putting 1,000 yen each time I use it otherwise I’ll just stop.

I think 1,000 is totally acceptable. Didn’t know you could topup below that.
