I can’t find the contact number or email of Amazon Japan!

I can’t seem to find their number or email in the app or website. My package was tagged as “handed directly to a resident” but the residents in the dorm I stayed in did not receive it, as well the front desk. CCTV footage did not also show amazon delivery during the time the tag was placed.

I’m a foreigner in Japan so I don’t really know how to navigate issues here. Please help.

    Are you sure about that? I stayed in a share house once and had the same situation.. turns out one of the tenants took the package and tried to steal it from me, had to get the manager involved to get it back.

    His excuse was “I was just keeping it safe for you man”. Yeah right..

  3. Sometime the delivered notification comes an hour after it was actually delivered. Maybe that’s why the dorm manager didn’t see it on cctv
