I’m returning a phone case and I’m confused with the way Amazon processes returns now. It seems they have removed the at home pick up service? Anyways, I have the shipping label and the barcode which I’ll slip inside the package. Do I need to submit an application for small items next? It opens the Japan post page and has ゆうパック（60-170サイズ) selected. I’ll post some screenshots below in a comment.
Edit: after talking to a very nice customer rep, I only need to drop it off at a post office with the label Amazon provided and put the return ID inside the package. I have to pay shipping upfront first though, and then Amazon will reimburse it.
