I hear for international travelers to Tokyo, there’s an international fee every time you use the suica card in your Apple wallet. Like you scan it at a train station or restaurant and every time you do this, your charged an international fee. Is this true? If it is, doesn’t that make the suica card Apple Pay system kinda inconvenient budget wise?
