Does anyone work in HR dealing with overseas recruiting?

I’d love to hear from you if anyone’s out there.
I’ve been working in sales for a Japanese company for a few years now and want a career change. HR seems really interesting to me as the skills are highly transferable and I’m sure the skills I have now make me a good enough fit.

I’ve seen some roles online with larger companies that specifically deal with overseas 人事 so communicating with new recruits and doing the visa and contract stuff.

My Japanese isn’t perfect but I have N1 and use Japanese in my current job every day along with English, so I guess in a HR role dealing with overseas roles it would be similar? Using Japanese internally and English with the employee?

Just to be clear I’m not talking recruitment (though that interests me too) but specifically HR in a role that needs some English ability.
