Maybe not best but Cafe 8 was good enough, has a lot of other tasty dishes, and has golden sex toys as random decorations. They have various locations — I’ve been to the 恵比寿 and 六本木 ones.
Is it ok to include Yokohama?
Peking Hanten in Yokohama Chinatown has excellent peking duck.
I remember Cafe-8 in Ebisu also was nice, but I haven’t been there in a long time.
