Being searching for places online but a lot of properties that having listings such as 1K, 1BR, 1DK, 1DLK don’t have attached bathrooms (?) Read the reviews as well and most folks gripe about the shared bathroom situation. I am moving to Japan in a couple of months and wouldn’t mind paying anywhere between ¥50-100K/month to have a private ensuite space to myself.

If your budget goes up to 100k/month why are you looking at sharehouses? With that kind of budget you can get a standalone apartment.
