I am leaving Japan after staying here with a student visa. I have a linemo subscription, however I don’t think I ever fully set up the account. As I don’t remember doing anything about it after receiving the card in the mail. And so now when I am trying to cancel I don’t have a password nor a four digit code that is required to cancel. The chat bot seems of no help after countless tries.
If there any other way to cancel the subscription?
