Renewal of Zairyu Card & Multiple Re-Entry Visa for PR

I've a few questions regarding renewals, appreciate any/all input.

Japanese PR Zairyu Card: Expires Jan 2028

Multiple Re-Entry Permission: Expires May 2026

MyNumber Card: "Returned" when I left overseas (Says on card)

I'm currently overseas, but plan to return to Japan in the not too distant future to live. I will need to return before the above dates to renew the Multiple Re-Entry Stamp and the PR Card. My questions are:

1. Do I have to renew my Zairyu card within 30 days prior of expiration? Could I renew it earlier, like when I get my Re-Entry done?
2. Must I renew my multiple re-entry visa just in the 3 months prior to expiry? Would earlier be possible?
3. Anything else I should be aware of?

I see some options to renew visas online, but it looks like you need an active MyNumber card and doesn't apply to PR. If there is any way of doing this overseas it would be amazing, but perhaps not.
