My partners and I are looking to buy another investment property.
Even though I have PR, I currently don't have a jusho in Japan. We have one partner with a jusho in Japan.
Is it possible for a foreign company to own property in Japan without any Japanese entity? How would this work contract wise and title registration wise?

Are there pitfalls to this? If it's possible for the foreign company to solely own the property, how about just forming the TK-GK for day to day management purposes?
The other complication is no company structures exist right now, so we'd have to sign the contract as an individual and likely settle like that, and later do the title transfer to the company.
