15 days itinerary: Tokyo/Takayama/Kyoto/Osaka/Miyajima/Nikko during foliage season

Hello,

In late october/early november I go with a friend for the first time in Japan, we'll be staying 15 days. We both like peaceful activities and hikes in the nature but we don't want to miss the "big things" in cities.

Here is the itinerary we have for now, it feels like we've plan too much so the main question is about the feasability of this itinerary. Is it too much? Should we skip some things or even cities to enjoy in a more chill way?

Oct 26: We arrive at 9pm in Tokyo so I suppose nothing to do other than go to the hotel directly

Oct 27: First day in Tokyo, Ginza district with the palace in the morning, Asakusa the afternoon

Oct 28: Day trip in Kamakura to see the Buddha and explore the city

Oct 29: We leave early in the morning towards Matsumoto for lunch and a quick exploration of the castle then towards Takayama right after lunch so we have time to visit Takayama (Takayama Jinya, Sanmachi Suji, Kusakabe heritage house…)

Oct 30: We continue to visit Takayama during the morning with the Hachiman Shrine and Higashiyama walking course then we leave towards Kyoto in the afternoon and acclimate to the city.

Oct 31: Visit of the east of Kyoto (Ginkakuji, Philosopher's path…)

Nov 1: Visit of Arashiyama district (Monkey park, Bamboo groves, Kinkakuji…)

Nov 2: Day trip in Nara (Central Golden Hall, Eastern Golden Hall, Nara Park, Nandaimon Gate, Daibutsuden Hall, Approach to Nigatsudo, Nigatsudo Hall, Kasuga Taisha)

Nov 3: Departure to Osaka in late morning to eat in Osaka and visit in the afternoon (Tenjinbashi-suji Shopping Street, Osaka Castle, Tennoji Park, Shinsekai, Nipponbashi Den Den Town, Kuromon Market, Doguyasuji, Hozenji Yokocho, Dotonbori)

Nov 4: Departure to Miyajima early in the morning with a stop at Himeji castle and Kokoen Garden) then continue towards Miyajima to explore it during the afternoon (Omotesando Arcarde, Itsukushima Shrine, Daisho-in Temple, Momijidani Park, Senjokaku Pavilion)

Nov 5: We leave Miyajima in early morning to go Hiroshima during the morning (Peace Memorial Park, Atomic Bomb Dome) then we go directly to Nikko to spend the night

Nov 6: Hike in Okunikko towards Yumoto Onsen to see the foliage

Nov 7: Visit of Nikko (Shinkyo Bridge, Shoyoen Garden, Rinnnoji Temple, Toshogu Shrine, Kanmangafuchi Abyss) then go back to Tokyo in late afternoon

Nov 8: Visit of Shinjuku and Shibuya district

Nov 9: Hike in Mount Takao

Nov 10: Free day to chill, buy stuff, eat things…

Nov 11: Flight from Japan early in the morning

Thanks for the help!
