Trying to verify my account so I can get money out, but no matter what I do I always get the "face not found in image" when scanning in my residence card.
I don't know what's up with it. Only had this card for a few months.
It picks up my driver's license just fine but I can't use that to verify since not citizen.
Messaging them only has them tell me to check my camera. Using a pixel 6
