Moving to Tokyo, but working remotely at night

I’m currently expected to move to Japan, more than likely Tokyo as it would make my transition likely smoother than other locations, but one concern I have is that I’d usually wake up and start working at around 2am-4am or so depending on my schedule, as I work remotely on a PST timezone schedule most of the time. That seems like it could make it more difficult for me to move into a sharehouse as they usually have poor sound proofing. Is this actually likely to be a deal-breaker? Anyone has had to deal with a similar situation?
