Jet lag ruining trip

I arrived in Japan 4 days ago flying west from Easter US. I have no napped. Since day 1 I've gone to bed at 10-11pm local time but have been up around 3am. Last night I woke up at 2:30am and couldn't go back to sleep. I'm up and about during the day, walking 8-10 miles. I feel like I'm going to go crazy. My body is shaking on the inside if that makes sense. I've tried melatonin going to bed, I've tried it at 3am when I wake up. I've tried no melatonin last night which was then the earliest I've awoken at 2:30am. I've listened to sleep meditations, body scans, and stories. What else can I do? I leave in 3 days and want to try to enjoy it.
