Hello – I am planning my first trip to Japan this December probably around 12 days, and I am currently making my itinerary. Browsing some blogs and doing some research for suggested places to visit, currently what I plan as itinerary:
1. Tokyo (1d)
2. Hokkaido (3d)
3. Kyoto (2d)
4.Osaka (2d)
5. Mt Fuji Tour (1d)
6. Tokyo (3d)
As a first time traveler – an I putting to many places on my itinerary and spreading my days thinly? Are there ideal places / prefecture to visit as first time traveler?
Just for context – I am more of sightseeing, foodie traveler. And I want to maximise my days for my holidays but I dont want to miss the must visit on each place if I allocated too little time to explore each prefecture.
