I finally found out why my payment didn’t get processed.
It seems that I have a cap of 210,000円. If I want to use the 36 month 0% interest route, then I have to get something under that limit.
Would’ve been great to know 2 months ago.
Is that a way to increase this? On the phone the person got stuck in a loop and wouldn’t answer any further questions.
I read a few (very) old posts about the limit being related to your phone number of all things. I changed my phone number recently, but my wife has had hers for years.
Anyone have experience with this app?
