Itinerary Check for 14-Day Japan Trip

Hi everyone,

I'm planning my first solo trip to Japan between late November to early December and could use some advice on my itinerary.

Here’s my current plan:

Day 1: Arrival in Narita —> Tokyo

Day 2: Tokyo

Day 3: Tokyo —> Kinosaki Onsen
-Thinking of leaving my luggage in a coin locker at Kyoto Station instead of dragging it all the way to Kinosaki for an overnight trip. Thoughts?

Day 4: Kinosaki Onsen —> Kyoto
-Gion

Day 5: Kyoto
– Nishiki Market
– Arashiyama
-Otagi Nenbutsu-ji Temple

Day 6: Kyoto —> Hiroshima (Day Trip)
-Visit Miyajima Island

Day 7: Kyoto
-Visit Uji
-Tea ceremony, shop for matcha

Day 8: Kyoto —> Osaka
-Osaka Castle
-Dotonbori

Day 9: Osaka
-Universal Studio

Day 10: Osaka —> Kanazawa
-Higashi Chaya District
-Kenrokuen Garden
-Kanazawa Castle

Day 11: Kanazawa —> Day trip to Shirakawa-go

Day 12: Kanazawa —> Tokyo
-Stop by Nagano to visit snow monkey park if possible?

Day 13: Tokyo
– Harry Potter studio tour (maybe)

Day 14: Tokyo
– Last day shopping

Day 15: Tokyo —> Narita

Also, do you think a 14-days JR Pass would be worth it for this itinerary? Any tips or adjustments would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!
