These are all junk food type things you can find in any family/chain restaurant – or even better, make by yourself. By “tamago gohan” do you mean omurice? Because tamago kake gohan is basically just a raw egg on top of rice with a little bit of soy sauce.
Curry: Curry House Spicy or Coco Ichibanya
Gyudon: Yoshinoya
Niku-don (it’s not Niku udon): Steak-don at Maru-Take
Oyako-don: any teishoku restaurant where an old lady is cooking and serving.
Tamago Gohan: do not even
Gyoza: Gyoza Osho
As someone else said, these are chain restaurant junk foods so they’re not especially hard to find… Yoshinoya, Sukiya, Ohsho Gyoza, Nakau, CoCo… They’re all everywhere.
For omuraisu though, if you can get in, try to visit Kichi Kichi Omurice which seems to be famous. Never been myself
