I love one of the local places by me for the quality and their Uni and Negi Toro. Today I called to order and after my first item of the order, the sweet server lady said, “Oh, I know you!” As I finished and provided my name, she said “Yes, yes, Sarah, that’s it!” I had to wait a few minutes when I picked it up but after I paid and she brought me the box to look at, she said “you have the best taste!” I didn’t hear her quite clearly so I said to her, “oh you’re saying I pick things well?” And she said “Yes! All the good stuff, you know it well” Haha, me and the little server lady are now bonded over my order 🙃 I’m glad it got her approval!
Do any of you get recognized or remembered at any of your sushi spots? I go to 3 and this was the last one that didn’t know me by my order, so I guess my order is unique or just her favorite, who knows!
