  4. Hi sorry to bother you I’m a bit stuck with a question and you seem very knowledgeable on the subject. I’m a UK resident who works for a German Company on 90 day short term visa . The Company are trying to put us on the German taxation system . Can they do this or am I covered by the 183 day rule. Thank you in Advance.
