Seeking specifics on companies for recruitment/comm jobs for my S/O (who’s beyond qualified) to consider prior to moving in with me in Tokyo. She has never left U.S. and wants to start slow and properly acclimate… Any insight/direction is appreciated, thanks!

i work for a prominent company in Minato Mirai, so i dont feel comfortable seeking such advice without raising eyebrows, so… Reddit Fam, what's the current status re: finding a simple starter job ASAP in tokyo at a decent company? Any good ops for job ops with recruitment firms lately? Not worried about her pay or performance ( i make enough, and she's a recruitment beast with a masters degree), but she has expressed her preference in starting simple, and proving her worth, but most importantly to not be stressed as she acclimated since she has never left the west coast (although i know 100% she will love japan as much as i have growing up here)! Any insightful info is appreciated—and will be rightfully reciprocated.
