So this will be the first business formal situation I have ever had to be in (I am used to business casual) but I am getting dress shoes for the first time ever. I have really flat feet and bad pronation in my legs, and dress shoes are killing me. I have basically only worn impact running shoes with good traction and orthapedic inserts my whole life. If my black formal suit is crisp and clean, could I get away with a lowkey all black pair of running shoes that are easier on my feet? Or like would the principal chew me out at graduation and spring entrance ceremony etc. I can always make some off hand excuse about an orthapedic issue ðŸ¤
