Hi all,
Looking to move within Kyoto and found a potential place in Shimogamo Izumikawachō.
Looking for somewhere quiet and chilled out to live in. So preferably not an area that has those muppets on motorbikes in the middle of the night etc.
Of course, I’ll do my ‘due diligence’ and check the neighborhood out myself but if anyone has any thoughts to share about living around there in terms of overall vibe (friendly neighborhood? Safe for kids? etc.) it’s much appreciated.
