Study in Japan as Pastry Cook/Baker

Hi, I'm 24, from Brazil, South America.

I'm a baker/pastry, specialized in traditional, French, and diet pastries, and I've been working in cafes with desserts for four years.

I've a degree in gastronomy and would like to study pastry/Asian pastry in Japan, do part-time jobs and then try to start a second career.

I've B1 English and studying to try to get N3.

My country is chaotic, there is a lot of corruption, a lot of violence, and a low quality of life and the job market doesn't value your skills, I just survive instead of living.

Does anyone have my type of job? Do you have any advice that can help me?
