Bit of a specific ask but have been reading various posts and have noted helpful, educated people of Reddit so thought would post..
Currently on an extended trip in Japan have been to Tokyo, Ishigaki, Okinawa Honto, Amami-Oshima, and it has been an amazing, chilled out trip so far. We are heading on to Osaka, Kyoto and Nara before heading back to Tokyo. Need ideas for somewhere for 6 nights during 2nd week of August (aware it is Obon holidays.) relatively easy to get to, happy to rent a car or take train.
Travelling with 1 infant and 1 baby which limits and makes things somewhat more difficult, and as it's so hot it helps to have a pool, onsen or water nearby.. Any ideas of areas to visit or even specific resorts, rentals or hotels are much appreciated.
