Sakana sushi, toro wagyu truffle caviar sushi with fresh grated real wasabi. Perfect mix of flavors, so tender, every individual flavor came out but combined amazingly. Ordered by the piece. Surprisingly affordable for what it was, though the restaurant was pretty pricey. went after anime expo for dinner and it was so busy the staff was extremely overworked but the food was perfection.
