Hey! So I’m a foreigner from Europe and want to buy a little studio/apartment in Osaka, Tokyo prices are outrageous and from what I’ve seen, people tend to prefer Osaka.
I’ve seen a couple properties, kinda small tbh (15-20m2) and they are asking anywhere from 5-10M¥.
I’ve seen a couple in Sekime ( Noe Station) and was wondering if it’s a safe and good place, and if it’s a good investment at all.
I’ve been reading and supposedly Osaka is divided, North of the castle and south, the south being worse. Sekime is at north but I’m still quite hesitant if I should buy the property or not.
The yen being so low makes it attractive, what do you guys advise me? I’m between different investment options in Africa and Asia, but I love Japan so would prefer to buy a property there.
