1. If your Japanese is good: Town work.
   Don’t forget to vet the jobs as well. Personally I found job postings with more photos and a lot of descriptions related to a good working place or at least friendly members.

2. for me my connections worked best. had a friend work at a hotel as a cleaner and he helped me get a job there too. when I tried looking for jobs by myself I failed terribly
