Husband potentially getting removed as a dependent under employees’ social insurance

Hi everyone. My husband is on a dependent visa and is working part-time. He has been covered under my social insurance ever since. His monthly income differs depending on the amount of work he does on a given month. My employer’ told us he shouldn’t earn more than ¥108,334 for 3 consecutive months or he’ll be removed from my social insurance. We had been very careful about the income limit but he earned above 108k in both October and November. He reminded his boss about the income limit but he assured him he would earn below the income limit in December. He made about 106k on that month. However, he got a 5k bonus which he didn’t expect. Now my employer is asking me for my husband’s salary from April last year to around September this year. If he indeed became ineligible from December and has to enroll in National health and pension insurance, how much does he potentially owe? Since January 2024, he’s earned more than 108k on some months but has never earned above the income limit for 3 consecutive months. Any input would be much appreciated.
