It's my first time of trip outside my home, feel pretty good and pleasure.
I buy the 7 days kansai hokuriku area pass for this trip. I think it is worth because it is cheaper than take a round ticket of JR from KIX to Toyama.
Schedule:
Day1: home-KIX
Day2: KIX-Kanazawa-Toyama
Day3: Toyama-Tateyam alps route-Omachi
Day4: Omachi-Itaoigawa-Toyama
Day5: Toyama-Nyuzen-Namerikawa-Toyama
Day6: Toyama-Himi-Toyama-Kanazawa
Day7: Kanazawa-Kurashiki-Kobe
Day8: Kobe-Biwako-Anashi-Kobe
Day9: snap back to reality.
Activity report:
Day 1: Departure from Home with peach air. Arrived in KIX at 2310. And start to find the Charing port and food. The time is very bad, but the ticket is much cheaper.
Day 2 mid night: I was struggling to find the Charing port, almost everyone is captured. I finally find 1 space socket in T1 2/F. I can't sleep because there are noisy.
After that, I buy a onigiri in Lawson. That taste bad, lol.
Day 2 : Get the Area pass at 0530 and take the first Haruka to Kyoto. Then keep going to Kanazawa. Sadly, it was Wednesday that most shop and restaurants are closed. Damn, just randomly find a ramen to fill my stomach. Have a walk in 21st art museum, Kanazawa castle. I'm enjoying to walk in rainy.
This night stayed at Toyama, the belt sushi in the Jr station is fantastic. The white shrimp and grilled tuna sushi is remarkable.
Day 3: day for Tateyama alps routine and I was late for my tram reserved time! Luckily there are space in the tram. The staff let me to take the sit.
It is my first time see the snow, love it.
Tonight I stayed at the onsen ryokan in omachi.
Day 4: train day, spend 7 hours from onsen ryokan to Itoigawa and Toyama. I just go to the coast of itoigawa to see the view and take a coffee. don't have enough time to explore it. Eat the white fry shrimp bowl when back to Toyama, I think white shrimp is best for serve in raw.
Day 5 : going to the oyster restaurant in Nishi Nyuzen. I used to don't eat raw oyster because of fishy, now this place change my mind. Then walk aside the coast for chilling. And visit the Hotaruika museum for the firefly squid.
Day 6: straight forward to Himi fish market syokudo, tasty fry fish but the sashimi is normal.Back to Toyama and visit the glass art museum and library . Eat the wagyu & pork bowl in Kanazawa station, taste good.
Day 7: day for another long train. Arrived Kurashiki for the historical quarter. Beautiful place with many tradition house and the river. Eating the Kobe wagyu at night. And stay at Kobe
Day 8: going to Biwako valley ropeway. Finally it is sunny. The view is fantastic. And go to the Akashi-kaikyo bridge at dawn. But I have no idea what to do in city so I just back to hotel. :/
Day 9: take the bay shuttle boat to KIX and go home.
