I recommend using youtube channels. they have japanese subtitles but I’d try using youtube though seems like one of the only ways.
Not a subreddit, but I found this youtube channel a while back that has been incredibly helpful in preparing me to move to Japan. He posts exactly what you ask for, doing different day to day tasks in Japan with both Japanese and English subtitles.

I second Youtube, it is great, just search whatever you are interested in Japanese 買い物、女性の口説き方、など、など
This Japanese vlogger was recently in Vancouver and Las Vegas, she talks about her experiences, and it is subtitled in several languages. Seem she is going home soon https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCauyM-A8JIJ9NQcw5_jF00Q/featured

Also, most streaming serves allow you to create a profile with the language set to Japanese. Then if you find a show that was originally in Japanese, you will get Japanese subtitles that match with what is being said.
