Just curious where fellow foreigners are living in Tokyo. I’m in Ota-ku, I wasn’t a big fan of it in the beginning, but now I like it, it’s cheaper than central wards, it has good access to Shonan where I spend a lot of time, and it’s not that far from popular areas (Shibuya, Shinbashi/Tokyo, Shinjuku).
