Which electronic shops are best for price negotiations

Hello,

I need to buy a new tv, since my old one is shutting off automatically daily now.

I already know which model I want to buy (last years Sony model), but checking kakaku.com physical stores tend to be much more expensive than online retailers (for that particular model 5 online stores price match each other).

Since I want to also negotiate that they pick up and trash the old tv, I would prefer to buy at a physical store.

According to your experience which big electronic shops are the easiest to negotiate about the price.
The particular tv is in the internet for around 160.000 JPY, but physical stores offer it for above 200.000 JPY.
