Does the recipe needs to be in english for a Yunyu Kakunin-sho application?

I am planning to apply for a Yunyu Kakunin-sho and I am wondering if the prescription for my medicine needs to be in english or not. I am from Hungary and most likely the prescription I will be able to get from my doctor will be issued in hungarian.
